维多利亚大学位于澳大利亚维多利亚省的墨尔本市。学校建立于1915年，是澳大利亚的一所知名院校。 维多利亚大学坐落在澳大利亚维多利亚州的首府墨尔本市，其中的三个校区位于墨尔本市中心商业区，另外四个校区距离市中心不足10公里，横跨墨尔本的8个地区。同时，学校还和70多个国际合作伙伴签订了合作协议，包括马来西亚、中国、新加坡、越南、德国等国的教育机构。
澳大利亚维多利亚大学（Victoria University | Melbourne Australia），又称维多利亚大学或维多利亚科技大学，成立于1915年，是澳大利亚维多利亚省议会通过法案成立的公立大学，由澳洲联邦政府和维多利亚政府联合拨款运行。

维多利亚大学的学生住宿服务机构为学生提供帮助，学生可选择寄宿家庭、单独租住或与他人合租私人公寓、SUNBURY校区学生公寓、大学学生村等几种住宿方式。维多利亚大学所有并管理的学生村，位于墨尔本市近郊与六所校区交通往来方便，到达墨尔本市中心仅九公里路程。学生村占地12公顷，可容纳600名学生住宿。村内环境幽雅、住宿条件优越，每间公寓都有学习室、两至三间卧室、单独的卫生间，室内家具配有衣橱、书柜、床、桌椅电暖气等，还有公共厨房供学生使用。学生村内还设有计算机房、图书馆、排球场地、篮球场地、游泳池、等学习、休闲娱乐设施。来自世界各地的学生居住在此，为国际学生结交朋友提供机会。 住宿费一年2280美元，临时住宿费每月230美元。在澳大利亚留学长期租住房屋较便宜的选择是与他人合租，租金一般为每年1000美元。
